Cleaning sticks made from Indian hardwood, dia. 3 mm
€8.99*
Dimensions Ø mm:

Material:
Haldu
The famous resin-free, Indian Haldu hardwood is the ideal material for cleaning sticks. The trees, which grow up to 30 meters high and to a diameter of approx. 1 meter are found mainly in the Madhya Pradesh and Gujrat regions in India, but also grow in Burma and Thailand. The colour of the fine-pored medium density wood (rather lightweight) is yellowish to beige. It resembles teak, but Haldu is harder. Haldu wood is popularly used in stick form, especially for threaded rods, dowels, turnings, and recorders.
