For use with MICROMOT rotary tools Precision drill grinder FBS 12/EF, Precision drill/grinder FBS 240/E, MICROMOT 50/EF and Flexishaft 110/BF. Advantageous when working with different shafts. Capacity 0.3 - 3.2mm.
Drill chucks provide more convenience to quickly change the tools when working with shafts of varying diameters (e.g. HSS drills as per DIN 338). However, because of their technical setup, they have a few drawbacks compared to collets: Less clamping force and higher concentricity tolerances. If high precision is necessary, then working with MICROMOT steel collets is a must.
